Troy L. Graham is the Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer of Divine Elegance Models, where he combines executive leadership, strategic vision, and creative direction to help shape the agency’s continued growth and brand identity.

With a background in large-scale project management, contract administration, and business operations, Troy brings structure and professionalism to the entertainment and modeling industry. A Certified Project Management Professional (CPMP) and trained contract specialist, he applies decades of leadership experience toward building sustainable opportunities for talent, brands, and live entertainment ventures.

Beyond agency operations, Troy is also an author, producer, and entertainment entrepreneur actively involved in live events, film projects, and creative development. His passion for mentorship, personal growth, and legacy-building continues to influence the culture and vision behind Divine Elegance Models.
